There's a informational meeting today with the FBI at school. I'm going to check it out. I hate the fucking guvment, but carrying a gun sounds too sweet to pass up.

So after BORs last night I decided my barbell needed to go back up on my squat stands. So I figured I could clean it up to that height...at the end of my workout...without stripping the weight...or putting it down after the set of BORs...lucky I didn't drop it. While dropping weight isn't the worst thing in the world, I am in a 3rd floor apartment and am trying to avoid making any loud noises while lifting. I think that one might have given me away.

Well losers, I'm going back to heavy lifting using the routine in the FAQ. I gotta have a sport to compete in, and powerlifting/strongman seems like a great idea. No more crossfit for me.

Im just tired of wondering around directionless with no goals to compete in anything. I'm an extremely competitive person by nature, so I need a sport to compete in.

I have two logs. One is old but contained all of my heavy lifting and more appropriately named, and the other is recent and full of crossfit bullshit. So, I'm going to go back to my old log shortly.

I'll start today doing the routine in the FAQ. Tu/Th/Sa fits my schedule much better.
