-pinch block mats (hook, block, cord)
-blast strap mats or something similiar

Right now I'm trying to figure out how LSD is cardio. Coke, sure, amphetamine, absolutely, but acid? Sure it's kinda speedy. But I dunno.

I've said it before, I'd be a solid 300M runner. I'm a hair too slow for 200, and my gas tank on sprints even when in great shape is just a hair to short for 400.
I'd kill if there was a 300M sprint.

That's what makes sprints almost easier. Not as much thinking invovled. When it comes to people like you, I'm sure LSD is a killer. Every 5 seconds thinking "is this over?" "can I last 5 more seconds"?etc.
