No I didnt eat the burrito just before I went. I ate a bowl of rice2 hours before taking it and took it with a carb liquid 45 minutes before skating. The burrito was a week ago. Damn I wish I could get those with my meal plan.

I'm not sure. I got it from Misses for playing him a song. He gave me 11 pills. I will take 4 before my tuesday skate because I do squats in the morning and see if it'll help with the fatigue from that.
