I'll have to check that out at home. Work blocks youtube.
I find that if I've been thinking about a sub all day, it helps when it comes time to roll. For instance, last week we were talking about the differente between anaconda chokes and front chokes. That night, I tapped a guy w/ an anaconda.

Visualization, son.

Great tool. That's what helped me progress in jits so fast. More you involve yourself in sports stuff, the better. Imagine situations in your mind, and you'll be able to do it better in real life. Don't know why it works, but my HS wrestling coach taught it to us and it helped a lot then and now.

Helped me in muay thai, thinking about what I should do and how I should move if my opponent does A or B. Or stress something in my mind to be done.

Same thing with jits, I was more relaxed and worked more on technique when I made my comeback.

It makes set ups a lot easier. It's why I never did well in wrestling but am VERY good at jits, for my amount of training. Because I think HEY I know what I could do from there, instead of HOLY SHIT this singlet SUCKS!
