Well in gi i went against a purple belt for the first roll, and i managed not to get passed for about 7-8 minutes. Then when he finally got a DEEP armbar, I was able to hold it for over a minute.
Then my cardio expired and it was all down hill. It also might have to do with the fact that the other two guys i rolled with: 1) judo black belt who did 30 years of judo. 2) former college wrestler who weighs like 220 ( i did straight ankle lock him once though)
