Be careful with grip training, it's very easy to over work yourself.

The first time I ever got some heavy duty grippers I kept getting weird nerve pains in my hands. Mostly because I could barely ever put the damn things down.

3rddiaz, cool! Ill start following your log now that there will be cool stuff going on.

I get ross's II book soon. I dont have a sledge, tire, or sandbag, or really, a place to put them.

I have the second one. all you need is the sledge and make a sandbag. then go to a park and you can pound on the dirt there. good times. there most likely will be hills there too so you can run sprints and what not.

do you have the 1st book? I want that one.

This is my first purchase. I can make a sandbag...the sledge, no problem, but I know Im going to get arrested by concnerned parents at the park if i start swinging away at the ground. I wish I had a garage...

you are slightly brown. you have a sledge. they will just think you are a mexican working. if they say something to you, just act like you don't know English.
