Dude. I was reading Matt Kroc's journal. He is doing the same thing I was doing before I got my appendix taken out. I was having the same exact problems to. Someone should tell him to get his appendix checked out. Almost everything is the same even the eso****us part (which I'm taking a prescription for right now). THe pain and stuff sounds more intense than mine before it happened.

What I believe is going on is that I have damaged my lower eso****eal sphincter (LES) from straining very hard while lifting with a full stomach. This is the sphincter that is located at the top of the stomach and prevents food and stomach acid from going back up into the eso****us. It first happened about a year ago when pulling some heavy deads after having a large meal too close to training time. Essentially what happens is that I get a very sharp stabbing pain right where the top of my stomach is located and on the concentric portion of every rep the pain intensifies. It feels like I am having a dull sword stabbed right through me. This has slowly been worsening over time and now I deliberately try not to eat anything within a couple of hours prior to deadlifting or heavy dbell rows to avoid this. The funny thing is that it never happens during squats only exercises where I am bent over and my legs are close to my stomach.
Today the pain was so bad that I nearly vomited after my set with 605 and a couple of weeks ago after a long set of heavy dbell rows the intensity of the pain almost caused me to pass out. My vision blurred and I started to feel very light headed after the set was over. The more reps I do the worse the pain gets and it's the worst right after I complete the set. It remains very intense for only a few minutes after I'm done and then I feel 100% fine.
The other unusual thing about it is that I do not have any problems with acid reflux (heart burn) what so ever. I guess this is just one of those things that I will have to tolerate and take what measures I can to prevent it from worsening.

Ok, I found her

But this has brought me no closer to her name, address or social security number.
