serious DOMS on the legs(especially ass and hams), shin splints, and crazy core workout means do not play basketball.
Usually when I fucking get DOMS on the quads, Im still able to play in a sports activity, but posterior chain DOMS is seriously horrible.
I couldnt fucking do the "stop and go" or even jump properly.
