Yeah, the biscuits were retarded of me to eat. I'll put an X to be safe. Is any bread acceptable? I don't remember bread being mentioned in PN anywhere.

Meh, do you have a fight/torunament coming soon?

As far as I'm concerned, you need to be 90% diet from 16 weeks out, and then at 8 weeks out you go 100%. Other than that, no huge deal.

Well, my only problem is Im trying to get to a more athletic, less BF% 190lbs-195lbs. So Im trying to cut to that. Im at 202lbs right now, so 7lbs-12lbs to go. I should have a BJJ tourney in 6 months.

So work out a shit ton and eat clean. Eating 800 times a day helps, but if it's hard to maintain with your life, don't. go with the normal 3 meals, but have in between like a yogurt and mixed nuts, or like a natty PBJ.
