I think I may have mentioned that the Boys and Girls Club here in Cottonwood is starting a boxing gym for the kids here, with local amateur (but talented) boxers coaching. There will be adult sessions also. That'll be my training. Recently my training has been crazy monkey / defensive stuff, with a little bit of counter punching here and there.

I need A LOT of work.

Speaking of which...

Nice avatar.

Wait, forget I said that. Go, win your fight.

THEN go back to the gym and go after that 250 like it just called your mother a bad name.

Some dude I work with has been raving about this tea he bought. He even brought one of those French Press things to work so he could make it. He's been hounding me to try it.

Tastes like someone strained mulch with a hint of cinamon through a cardboard filter.

sorry: bad grammer. "Good Evening, I'm Ron Burgandy?"
Depends on the person. I started around March and Ive already stopped making gains every week in the squat/bench. Deadlift still plods along, but I can tell thats about to slow down aswell.

Think if I started doing some hiit inbetween my 3 day split it would cause slow down in gains on squat due to muscle fatigue? I dont want to let the team down, but I wanna lose some weight.

I would keep the CNS intensive stuff on the same days. For example: add some sort of finisher to your lifting days something that lasts like 5-10 minutes.
