I just watched your 135 pound video. Do you always use the overhand grip for one arm cleaning? I use the underhand grip, myself. You can rotate it into the pressing position easier at the shoulder with that grip. __________________

Yeah i've always used the OH grip, i think you told me about the UH grip but i have yet to try that one out. It would make sense that the press would be easier as a UH grip is always used for side presses and bent presses
