I like magic's idea of judo throws, tho... When I'm sparrin', I have a tendancy to throw strikes, but if it clinches up, I'm lookin' to soften 'em with punches, elbows, and knees, and then throw when I have a chance...

I'm not asleep. I fell asleep at like 6 PM last night cause my circadian rhythms are all fucked up. I might take a nap before work though.

Take some Melatonin and avoid +700 lumens of light after 8 PM if feasible.
