The problem with me running 3 miles for time is that I don't think I can run 3 continuous miles. I have avoid running like the plague in the past, so it is obviously my weak link. I have swam 2 miles open water at a very fast pace, but may not can run 2 miles.

Start slow then, baby steps. Everyone starts somewhere. I remember when I could barely run a mile, today I ran six in frigid weather with hills and was fine afterward.

I can barely run a mile continuously. The more I know about you the more we have in common.

The 30th. After that I'm taking a long break from serious training. I'm going to drink, break shit, fuck bitches, then go to st. thomas and puerto rico to repeat.

Then I'll make a come back and start fighting mma as well. Should be a good time, and I should be a solid blue belt by then in jits.

That sounds like a solid plan. Breaks keep you motivated and wanting to come back for more.

I was around a blue belt when I left training, but my wrestling sucked? Hows your wrestling coming? To me, thats equally important to Jits.
