Bigger overhangs make it easier. If you're lifting the back bumper, the front wheels function as your fulcrum. Whatever the vehicle weighs (W), your observed weight is W * ((Wheelbase/2)/(Distance from front axle to back of bumper)). If you added a long trailer hitch with handles, you would increase the "Distance from front axle to back of bumper" number and the observed weight would decrease.
