On a track? I would say you should be getting down to 3 1/2 miles, or 14 laps. Thats only around an 8:30 mile.

Sounds great to me, too. My MMA instructor made is do 5x3 minute rounds of that using a partner holding focus mitts, pretty awesome workout.

So, throw a 1-2 into the heavy bag and then sprawl, rinse and repeat 100 times?

READ THE GODAMN CONDITIOING FAQ, NOOB!
Seriously, don't worry about distance. Run for 30 minutes, heart rate above 140, below 175.

Yeah thats about right, i think shadow boxing the punches would be ok too though, bag would be best but doesn't matter too much.
I find LSD is just hard on my legs if i do too much volume in a week, even with good shoes and running on grass my 230lb ass likes HIIT more
