Agreed. HIIT is getting more hip these days though. I saw a woman at the gym almost drop dead trying to do intervals, she had nowhere near enough base fitness to even bother doing them.

Bama, you only have 5 days listed. Last I checked, a week had 7. Do one day LSD, one day intervals. OR, if the warrior challenge is anaerobic conditioning, that's your intervals.

That's a good plan, LSD is as much mental as anything to me anyway. So, what kind of distance should I cover in 30 minutes?
