I lost 1kg of water weight at training, Im so fucking lean at the moment its unreal cant wait till after the fight Im just gonna beef myself out to 80kg with the ZeroCrew Diet.

Vince, Ive been losing about the same amount of water weight in training lately also. 2-3 lbs each evening.

By the way, where the hell did Erco go?

i used to lose a lot of water weight after training. but not so much lately i'm finding... or maybe i'm delusional.

i've been eatin ga fairly crummy diet, and i'm still 180lb. hurray.

i'd hope that isn't the case. its actually not all that bad, just less veggies and more carbs (rice).
