That's a good idea, MM. I usually dont go to buffets by myself tho... And my laptop batteries prolly wouldn't hold up to 2 hours of DVD playin' anyways.

I bent like a dozen 60d's and a few grade 5 bolts today. I had to do it fo rthe girls at work, then the kids where I was partying.
Pull 700lbs, nothing, bend a bitch as 1/4" piece of steel and you're a beast. It's a headscratcher.

Yep. I've done a couple 6"X1/4" grade 8 bolts (that alloy is a bitch!), but that's ***got shit compared to what cats are bending these days.
But much like my belt/wraps approach to powerlifting, I use only a single piece fo suede as a wrap. I don't fuck with two wraps or ballistic nylon or any of that shit.
And anything I can do DO, I can do UH.

Fuck! yes grade 8 is a lot tougher alloy. I've never done any bending.
Getting drugged right to do some squatting- Z-squats and hack squats, and maybe try for front squats- my wrists couldn't get it right last time.....
