Sqauts, Milk and Thai Boxing

The Log Begins

I have been avoiding doing this forwhile, what i mean i creating a training log. But hey, I have a feeling that it will keep me dedicated to what im doing seeing as i am always get sidetracked and what not.

Okay heres the details:

Age: 14 turning 15 in a few months
BW: 135+ haven't checked in a while (lack of a weighing scale)
Height: Around 5"7-5"8 mostly likely above that now but again i haven't checked in a while.

Training Backround and my Story :
I started karate at probably around gr.4 - 5 im not sure but yes i was quite young. I had probably taken it for about 3 years until i quit. The reason i quit was we didn't spar enough and I really, really found those patterns/forms things really boring. It was probably a while after that i saw that muay thia movie "Ong Bak" which made me go oh man that stuff is bad ass, so i went to youtube searching Muay thai and there i found videos of Ramon Dekkers, Buakaw etc. Afraid to ask my parents to enroll me into somthing else i began to learn moves from muay thai by watching those fighters train and fight. I had punching bags in my basement so i was able to train everyday. Then one day I asked to be enrolled into muay thai. We went to a pretty Run down gym owned by a champion heavy weight muay thai fighter. It just went on from there- I soon got addicted to training and by the time you knew it i was training everyday aspiring to get better and stronger each day.

Now I have my own mini-training facility at home complete with weights a punching bag, focus mits etc. (but i do need a power rack) Im planning on going back to the gym in a couple of weeks.

Goals
Basically i want to improve in muay thai and get my body weight to about 155 in X amount of time. I also would like to get stronger, and have great speed, stamina, cardio strength and technique for when i have my first amateur fight.

Training

You guessed it, I will be doing the "squats and milk" workout on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays while everyday except for weekends i will be training in Muay thai . I might burn out but its worth a shot. http://www.ironworkout.com/20_rep_squat.htm

I will probably add other exercises aswell from time to time.

I will start the Log on Monday of next week see you then.

Sorry guys, i have time to post this cause its a friday.

I won't be able to do my log, because my classes go from 6-8:30 so im completely and utterly tired by the time i get home, then after i must do my homework and some somewhat heavy lifting before i sleep.

But my muay thai classes go somewhat like this-

Shadow Boxing Warm up

Squats

Shadow Boxing

Crunches

then repeat 4x so that would probably be about 30+ minutes

We then do intense pad work, working combos, practicing kicks, elbows etc.

For most of the class

Then do bag work.

30+ minutes

We finish off with a light-hard sparring session.

until the end of class.

I then go home and get there at about 9:00pm do my homework and inbetween do 130lb squats for reps and bench 100lbs do any extra lifting that i can muster up, cause my bodies already dead by then. Do a little grip work on my CoC then go to sleep.

Careful with the weights after training hard at MT, if you can only lift then - that will have to do, but try to make time to lift before or on different days to your MT.
