185-5 reps...felt heavy as all hell..
Push Press:

225-1 rep...very heavy...far stretch from the 3 i got strict without a belt last time...I was pissed...

Zercher squats:

Grippers:
#3-2 reps right hand from CCS , got left to about 3/16-1/4
#3-7 or 8 reps from about 1" right hand, got left to about 1/4 then forced close and neg
BBE-got right to about 1/4" then forced close and neg, forced close left hand and neg
#3-20 clicks right hand from about 1/8" then closed hold for about 5 sec, forced close and neg left hand...

-dont think i want to spend 750$ for 3 years on their deal...
-was teaching my friend how to squat today...had him do squats, bench, ohp, dips....mostly pressing with bit of squat for technique...he had some balance, flexibility, etc issues...everything u'd expect from some1 who never really squats(esp beyond 1/4) or uses smith machine...
