If you fail the BS height/weight test, you should rip off your shirt, scream, "I AM NOT FAT!" and then deadlift the entire building.

So the whole thing took about 1 hour.

highlights:

#1. me fainting like a little bitch during blood extraction procedure. I felt a little prick then 2-3 sec later I was out then few seconds later I was sloped down with the nurse telling me to lower my body even lower between my legs. This has never happened to me before so this was an interesting experience. I am not really afraid of blood or needles...though obviously I dont look forward to it....something tells me getting myself dehydrated and low on carbs was not the best thing to do. So i drank 20 oz of water afterwards.

#2..I step on to the scale with boxers/socks/hospital gown...205.4! qdfdwfqwfqwf..seriously wtf...that means my home scale is off by a good 5 lb...i was pissed...i missed the fucking 6'0 204 requirement by a fucking pound and a half...thr bright side was that I indeed am 6'0 on the dot...so havent shrunk from all the heavy lifting...LOL...

#3 high ketone levels/high protein levels...doc said it's prolly due to dieting/cutting...bleh...said i was fine otherwise...

#4 2 footlongs at subway afterwards...I devoured those things like they were my bitches...like they slapped my mother....call me Takeru "The Tsunami" Kobayashi..lol...

*wipes forehead now that this shit is over*

something to look forward to: psychological examination....I guess we'll find out if I am sane ...

I still say you should've deadlifted the building off it's foundation.
