g-rated=fine for little kids...not offensive, violent, controversial, etc...

did officer sur.vival w.eek ...was a lot of fun aside from a few fuck ups on my part.....we shot first 3 days going over a lot of stuff from range and then built with a few more conceps...yesterday was tactical movement when entering rooms, stairs, etc...today was sim.unitions training which is like paintballing...a lot of fun...except when u get hit on your fingers/hands...

mornings we did a bit of running ...a few miles at a jogging pace...only a few people fell out during the run..did some push ups...did sit ups in 2 min...60 to qualify for specialist(during their testing)...i got 75...

we got class ban.quet today and graduation next friday....then sunday/monday after that i am in f.to...on the streets....i am gonna find out where i am headed thu...

Mr supplement man.... how much chocamine do you use at a time? I finally bought some but a 1/4 tspn (serving size) seems like nothing. Should I take more of it and/or multiple times a day?

if i take it on its own...i take a 3/4-1 tspn...

academy is considered the easy part...i hope i can get through my fto....

Little workout today. Felt like utter shit.

60 min..

Military Press:
95-10 reps
135-10 reps
155-5+0 reps
185-3+0 reps

Pullups: bw(215)-17+0(not going down all the way and only chin over the bar with some kipping)..

-a bit of rotator cuff rehab...

grippers:
BBSE-2 forced closes + negs each hand
RB330N-5 forced closes+ negs each hand

-played 2 games of 3o3 bball...meh..
