Devil- I don't know.
My back crunched (you know when you're chewing something and it makes your jaw and head vibrate slightly, same feeling but around my lower back), but it's a constant ache/pain in a particular ROM so I'm thinking it's a strain rather then a sharp pain every now and then.
It feels better today so I'm going to try some non impact cardio and maybe, just maybe a light bit of weighted dip work (depending on how the strain feels).
