Devil- I don't know.


My back crunched (you know when you're chewing something and it makes your jaw and head vibrate slightly, same feeling but around my lower back), but it's a constant ache/pain in a particular ROM so I'm thinking it's a strain rather then a sharp pain every now and then.
It feels better today so I'm going to try some non impact cardio and maybe, just maybe a light bit of weighted dip work (depending on how the strain feels).

135-5 reps

315-3 reps
365-1 rep
405-2+0 reps...

+belt:

495-5 quarter squats
545-3 quarter squats

belt off:

405-1+0 rep....was hoping to hit 2-3 but after barely getting 1 i called it a day for squats..

hammer curls:
50s-10 reps
75s-5 reps

leg raises on a swiss ball: 2x15

-15 neutral chin ups...

bench:
135-10 reps
225-15 reps
315-5+0 reps

grippers:
BBSE- 3 forced closes and negs each hand
RB300N- 1 rep right, closed within 1/8' left
RB330N-2 forced closes and hold each hand(right came apart 1/8', left about 1/2')
easy #3-1 rep within 1/8' right, forced close and neg left...

5pm END

-did some gripper work yesterday with RB300N and #3...closed Rb300N 3 reps right handed...
-got pretty intoxicated...went drinking with friends...had 6+ glasses of porter...which is a pretty strong beer...8+% ...glad i didnt drive...

on another note...gripboard.com now has its own strength and power forum....except i am guessing it's as g-rated as the rest of the site..

A long time ago you recommended i up my intake of vitamin C to help with my knee repair, and apparently i should have taken your advice. This new doctor i'm visiting has recommended I take between 3-6grams a day ( i think he said 6).

How many would you say?

let me guess...you got banned from MM? lol...yea i couldnt stand that site for very long...a lot of strong lifters but the whole site vibe was too much...

Kaboom go with what your doctor has recommended....vit C works well with many other substances and supplements....joint supps and cissus for one.....there's some disagreement from what i read about the dosage as you end up excreting much of it...if you decide to go with high dosages...I would try to divide them into as many smaller dosages throughout the day as you can....so if it's 5g...try taking 1g 5 times a day ...every 3 or so hours...
