Thanks guys. I was pretty happy with the deadlift performance. Didnt lose too much strength which is all I wanted.

Next week I'll try for 435-440 beltless...will see how that goes...

Bench:
135-10 reps
225-10 reps
315-3 reps
335-3 reps
355-1 rep
375-0+1 reps...not used to bench...the uprights are slanted and not straight so I caught part of it ..was an issue on previous sets as well...

Sitting Leg Curls:
200(stack)-10 reps

-couple sets of chins...

Also did a set of curls ;)


It was at a academy gym and I wanted to get in a bench workout.....i might do deadlifts here one of these day as there are round plates instead of the hex I use at 24hours..

8/28/08 90 min

-200mg caffeine+250mg chocamine

-1.8 mile run in ~13 min
-100 squat thrusts in 6:09 min
-3x20 decline sit ups
-20 bw step ups(10 per leg)
-couple sets of pull ups
-~2 miles of walking around a lake then back

-my conditioning has worsened as I been slacking off and we havent had pt/dt in a while...meh...

Who needs training if he can just go for 1 RMs every week and still get stronger?
Nice lifting.
Maybe some sumodeads would help to get those hips stronger. Seems like pushing your hips through is by far the hardest part of your squat.

Yea perhaps sumo deads might be in order. How was the lower back? Seemed like it was ok in terms of not rounding.

DEVILsSON are you by far the strongest guy in the academy program at the moment? I'd hazard a guess yes.

We want sumos yes. I haven't seen many heavy sumo's since Lusst's last video with the bleeding hand.
