I used to love this stuff..

Personal favorite "buddy" moment= Guy blew the fuck out of my median cubital vein popping saline on 2 hours sleep /2 days. I looked like I had been shot in the arm...

thats it for my story..

keep up the good work man..

-had sim4 today...aka the csi sims...last one was the hardest....SIDs death investigation with the actor who was crying and being hysterical...she put on a show...caught me offguard...i still passed it and didnt need to retest any of the 5 scenarios but was a bit disappointed...we lost 1 person today who failed twice one scenario...pretty upsetting but we got to move on....this was by far my best sims...i was relaxed and feeling pretty good...

-will go out drinking today ...will try to hit up the gym tomorrow...i feel weak...i am almost to the point of carrying my testicles in a purse...:/

-had PT/DT the whole day today. We started day by going on 8 mile jog/walk. took about 2 hours due to slow people. We had our slowest squad up front. I was more tired by having to pretend to jog instead of walk rather just fucking run.....oh well...it was cold, windy, foggy today...lol...nice sf weather....not a bad weather as a whole to go on a long run.....it was flat/slightly downward to the beach and opposite on the wya back.....our instructors told us it was only 4 miles...but ofcourse i am not a complete idiot and just looked it up on google...yea 4 miles each way...meh...felt good tho...i know i could ahve ran and jogged it at a good pace if i was setting the pace...i know from past experience i have much better energy/endurance what i do that..

-we had lunch ...my calves were cramping up badly...and we had a feeling we'd be drilled by our DT instructor who was back from 3 week vacation...he's usually the toughest...

-100 JJ
-squat thrusts(jumpless burpees): 40,40,18,40...i had to call the cadence for the 80 of the reps...(1,2,3 then class said rep count).....wasnt pretty...they said i was out of cadence...then started giving me shit saying i barely passed baton retest cuz i dont have that anger switch.....dont know whether they were mentally fucking with me or I was really that bad....
-50 hindu squats
-100 crunches
-50 push ups(150 for the day)

-then did inholster gun retention...various techniques...pretty cool stuff...
-i am sore like a mothafucka right now...

As a cop, you want to be aggressive when you need to be - not angry. The guys that get angry when dealing with people, even resistive suspects, are going to be the ones with the excessive force lawsuits and FBI civil rights violations investigations. Stick with "controlled aggression."

Also, it's hard to be out of cadence if you're the one calling it...unless of course your body's not in the exercise position you're calling out (i.e., you're calling out "ONE" in the middle of a burpee repetition)?

My guess is that they're probably just jealous of your enormous size, power, and intimidating presence! It makes some guys feel superior, especially those with "little man syndrome" to criticize others when they are in authoritative/dominant position that prevents the recipient from talking back...it happens all the time in the military.

Hang in there!

I hear you Newt. Thank you for the advice.

I think i may have been slightly out of cadence...like saying one before my hands made contact with the mat...not sure to be honest as I wasnt paying close attention...not completely sure why it's such a huge deal if the point of these exercises is to improve our endurance not to see how perfectly we can call the cadence...

I am a pretty relaxed person and I stepped it up for the retest but I think they have this high standard for me so I can never really please them unless i take their head off...there are plenty of people in class who going at 100% probably didnt hit as hard as I did yet I get shit....sorry i dont get roid rage like state that makes me want to take the head of another recruit or a cop inside a padded suit...I usually go easy on other people in class because I know we're all diff...some are close to 40 while others have various injuries, flexibility levels, etc...if i or others get injured then that's that....best case scenario is getting recycled in 4 months and then going through whole academy again....
