ghostwipe I totally hear what you're saying about technique... but even knowing what was coming most in the class could not overcome the technique when training ....strength definitely helps a lot in synergy with technique...

no doubt. and I know most guys expected me gone after troubles with driving at evoc...but I like to prove assholes like them wrong.....these types of events also show who are your friends that will help you and who are there to watch you crash and burn....a while back i was told that politics and behind door bs was like of a HS....they werent kidding...a bunch of petty shit...

-500 mg aspirin+500mg tylenol+330 mg caffeine+250mg magnesium+b-complex

Squats:
bw-20 reps
135-5 reps
225-5 reps
315-5 reps
+belt:
405-1 rep...pretty easy up to this point
545-walkout+5 1/8 reps
500-0 reps....came down unevenly....left side hit the rack and tilted the weight which made me come crashing down...

Zercher Squats:
315-2 reps...

-i squatted in boots and it was pretty good...balance was pretty good...

Two arm DB hammer curls:
30s-20 reps

Alt Db Curls:
50s-5 reps per arm
65s-1 rep per arm
80s-1 rep per arm
sloppy:
95s-1 rep per arm
100s-2+0 reps per arm...used momentum to get passed halfway point
90s-2+0 reps

Bench:
135-10 reps
225-10 reps
315-3+0 reps...barely got 3rd rep...i am teh weak ...

Chins:
bw-10+0 reps...

Sitting Ham Curls:
205-10+0 reps...right hammy tweaked....weak as shit...

Decline Sit Ups:
bw-5x10 reps...

Conditioning:

Jump Rope:

-130 turns in 60 sec
-133 turns in 60 sec
-154 turns in 60 sec
-50 crossovers(with 3 restarts)

Box Jumps:
bw-5x10 reps...

9:15 PM END

-cant seem to wake up refreshed....tried to sleep 14 hours today but woke up still feeling like shit....dont know...

havent tried that supp....

the volume was actually quite low if u look at the type of exercises i was doing...aside from squats everything else was bs...didnt really have the drive to do anything of worth today...bench was technically done last but i put it before conditioning...ditto for ab stuff...hope to come back stronger next week...my pressing strength has gone to shit...meh...

question about the caffeine, does your body eventually adapt to it thus requiring a higher dosage?
