-1 mile jog/med run with 20 lb vest in a little better than 8 min down flat streets with light wind behind me...
Sweet 16
Burpees(8,9,7,7,6,6,5,5=53)
Hindu Squats(10,11,10,11,10,10,10,10=82)
Push Ups(20,17,12,10,8,7,7,6=87)
Sit Ups(12,10,11,10,10,10,10,10=83)
-I tried to do chin ups after hindu squats but managed only 8,7,2 and gave up....my pulling muscles/forarms are tired from steering from last week ...
-did a set of two hand chins then single arm drops 3 right with quite a bit of control from all the way at the top and 5 with left with still little control....I keep swinging outward with left hand while I can control myself and go straight down with right...meh..
-light walk home with 20 lb vest in 15 or so min....
-was a really nice day today ...i wanted to jsut lay down on the grass and take a nap....
- my mental toughness is suspect in these sweet 16....i saw myself break down when i still knew I had something left...so I know i could improve quite a bit on the numbers.....
-i noticed it takes me forever to regain my resting heartrate.....i was resting upwards of 10-15 min between tabata exercises...not good..
