DT:

-50 jumping jacks
-50 mountain climbers per leg
-25 burpees
-100 hindu squats
-30 180 degree squat jumps
-120-130 push ups for the day
-bunch of bicycle wheels, planks, etc...
-forward rolls, rear/front break falls, bear crawls, crab walks,...
-High knees with hands above our heads then hitting the floor upon command and popping back up....for like several minutes....god damn it didnt remember any of the big vehicle code violations...and they were asking them and if someone chosen answers them then we get to rest....i would have been doing that shit all day long...meh..

-thought about doing something today after but I am tired as shit...meh...
-thinking of doing some stuff from infinite intensity....DB burpees with a clean and press or snatch sound like fun...as do a lot of other things in there....I am really happy with the manuals...very reasonably priced too.....

-400mg caffeine+1/4 tspn of chocamine(600mg?)+250mg magnesium+b-complex

Squats:
bw-10
bw-5..waiting for rack
135-5 reps
225-5 reps
315-5 reps

Hammer Curls:
35s-20 reps...alternating arms..
.

+belt: open
405-1 rep
+belt: closed+altus knee wraps
495-walkout+3 -1/8 reps
455-1 rep...got out of groove a bit but ok

Hammer Curls:
20s-20 reps...2 arms simultaneously..

545-1 walkout
500-0 reps...failed 2/3 up....failed mentally and didnt come out of the hole with enough speed...I can get it..
-knee wraps are pretty sweet...they definitely help a bit more at the bottom...how much more I cant say for sure ...but I had them as tight as I could...were cutting off circulation a bit...so had to take them off between sets...
-Vid coming of my utter failure...i phailed forward and bar rolled over my upper-back/neck....got a good sized bruise there now...the good luck of ross's beanie and st wilhelm hoodie plus new wraps were not enough to conquer the 500 lb squat...but I am pretty sure I can get it in a couple workouts...


-L-Sit Neutral Grip Chins: 10 reps at bw(215lb)
-Couple Attempts with Each hand of 1 arm chin:- Vid coming
-CHins: 15+0@bw...wanted 16 but was lucky to squeeze out 15th..


Weighted Push Ups with Feet Elevated on Low Box:
bw-10 reps
2-45s:5 reps
3-45s:5 reps
4-45s:5 reps
5-45s:3 reps
6-45s:2 reps...plates slid a little..
7-45s:1+0 reps...barely got it..
-vids of 5,6,7 coming

grippers:
BBE: forced close and hold shut then neg...almost able to hold it shut
300RB N: 2+1 right...just shy of 3rd....forced close and time hold...almost able to hold it closed left hand...

Finisher: 3 min Snatch Challenge
55 lb DB: 50 reps(5,5,5,5,5,5,5,5,5,5)
Tonnage: 2750 lb....I phail...
-thought about skipping it but decided to do it afterall..
-stretching and foam rolling for about last 15-20 min..

9:30 pm END

-my friend from the academy in the vid got 415 deadlift today...with couple other sets of 405...then did 45DBx50 snatch...at only 160lb bw...guess he was tired from loading/unloading the plates on push ups...lol

my moviemaker kept crashing...1 gig of memory is not cutting it...I decided to ditch 5 plate push up as it was more of the same...
