push up with additional 225 on my back for 3 reps at 215 bw VIDEO

it should be up in a little bit...feel very natural....closed chain movement...

i tried using a barbell but it was extremely hard balancing it on my back and it slid down on my neck....

I'm still reading along Devilson, and just wanted to say I love your write ups and keep up the good work.

And for some reason, I never pegged Mittens as a gun guy. I have an older Springfield .45 and really like/am familiar with the 1911 action. My friend bought a brand new $1000+ loaded out Kimber and it's the nicest handgun I've ever handled.

YouTube - weighted push ups +225 for 3 reps at 215 lb

well this is the link and it works for me...so i dont know...

I need to figure out how to do the barbell weighted push up for more ease...i got the idea from this

http://www.oldtimestrongman.com/imag...man_pushup.gif

...since i suck at superman push ups....i did 3....

I decided to try regular version....i am thinking of doing feet elevated with 6 plates for a rep next time perhaps...they are much easier on my joints....if i find a way to load them easier...they'll be one of my favorite pushing exercises....up there with push presses and weighted dips...

I am thinking of eventually getting a kimber though my friends are saying I should get a sig or HK for reliability ....

One thing about guns: Can't remember what the host of "Gun Talk"'s name is, but I think he put it pretty well when he said all of the big name gun makers are putting out excellent products these days. You can't go wrong with a Kimber or an HK or a Sig, they all have excellent reputations.
