Thanks guys. I have been drained last few days and eventhough I wanted to do conditioning I never got to it so today I said fuck that shit and man up.
-330 mg caffeine+120mg pseudo-e+500mg aspirin+500mg tylenol+b-complex
-mile run in 6:05 min...flat/1-2 degree downhill some parts...light/mod wind behind me and high 50s/low 60s temp...ie damn near perfect weather for running imo...
-asian squats and break
Wanted to do 50 ultra burpees in 10 min challenge...
got 48 ultra burpees(push up, jump, chin up)....had about 10 sec left....i think if I timed it better I could have had the 50 burpees...but I am not too down on myself

-100 hindu squats in 3:35 min
-100 sit ups(30,20,20,10,20) in 7:28 min
-75 push ups(50,10,5,5,2,2,1) in push up position the whole time....hoped to get 100 but oh well...gave up ...
-break/walked near lake and watched ducks...very good for stress...
-light walk back..
90 min workout in all...
-ate about 1 large pizza today with various topings....i had the freaking aftertaste as I worked out....not pleasant...I know I can run the mile in under 6 minutes now so this shit was a fluke...
