Sims2 went good today. I passed them all on 1st try so that was good. Had a couple hiccups here and there but overall it went much better than last time. One person didnt make it by 1 point on retest so we'll see whether captain allows him to come back or recycle him into next class....would be a shame if he just lost his job on a 1 point ethics scenario...
so day off tomorrow then 4 days of range then 4 days off.  ....freaking amazing.

-100 jumping jacks
Squats:
bar-10 reps
135-5 reps
225-5 reps
315-5 reps...
-started getting hard...great depth though today
+knee wraps+wrist wraps(light ace crap...i need to get the real deal)...left wrist felt jacked...no idea why...
365-1 rep...moderately difficult
+inzer
405-1 rep...fairly easy
425-1 rep...hard...but decent form
435-1 rep+0...ugly...everything that could ahve gone wrong-did....knees came in...Gmed the shit out of it...meh...I may have went too deep ...but fuck it..
Bench:
135-10 reps
225-10 reps
315-7+0 reps...help on lift off
Grim Reaper Challenge:
100 burpees(1 push up and jump on every rep)
Total time: 23:05 min
-did them in sets of 20 and used asian squats in between to get to about 80% baseline...these killed me...took 40 min to rest..
-came close to puking a couple times eventhough the time was pretty slow...
-5x20 sit ups(100 total)
:my right side of the abs started cramping horribly after first 20 so had to take a long break
-100 hindu squats in 3:20 min...felt fairly easy....i should have done them faster...will try to do them in under 3 minutes next time
-50 push ups in 59 sec
-50 push ups in 61 sec
-50 standing twists(knee to opposite elbow...per side)
-100 jumping jacks
-thorough stretching
-some foam rolling..
: this workout felt good...all my buddies bailed out on me but i decided to go anyway....my lower back and glutes have been giving me trouble for the last 2-3 days...my suspicion was my hips/glutes tightened up for some reason...i tried stretching the shit out of them adn it helped relieve some lower back pain but still didnt go away...this workout seems to have solved the problem...

Question about the pseudo - (pseudoephedrine HCL right??)
I read that recently it was moved to behind the counter. I recently started taking 30mg before lifting, and it has made a big difference. Do you have any recommendations on what to buy to get the pseudo? I found mine in the med cabinet, it was some sinus pills, and it had pseudo in it, plus guafenesin and dextromethorophan. I'd like to buy just pseudo if possible....

Yea.... i believe standard dosage for adult is 60mg....
-You can buy plain pseudoephedrine behind the counter in 30, 60, or 120mg i believe...so look for it or ask the pharmacist...there's a limit to how much u can buy a month/year but then again you'll probably not be using it that often...
