-400mg caffeine+60mg pseudo-e+b-complex...skipped magnesium due to stomach problems throughout the day...(lol)
-100 jumping jacks
-15 chin ups with legs straight out(through upper 4/5 of the rom)...holding on ****l rectangular frame
-8 full pull ups on straight bar
-12 full chin ups on straight bar
-couple forced reps of 1 arm chin ups
-hung out with 2 classmates and watched their form...my hammie is still messed up and I didnt really feel like doing much lifting today...
Snatch: barbell
45-3 reps
65-3 reps
95-2 reps
105-1 rep...
-i seem to drop less as i get heavier which is contradictory...i seem to unconsciously afraid to drop under the bar.....
3 Minutes of Fun Challenge: Snatch
65 reps(35 right, 30 left) with 50 lb DB=3250 lb total tonnage
-I was on the floor in fetal position afterwards....stomach issues further made this challenging...I need to try this next week when I am not about to crap myself...haha....my lower back and hips started cramping a bit as well...great challenge
Dip Station: circuit
-40 total flutter kicks with legs straight out(20 per leg)
-20 straight leg raises
-10 knee raises
-10 left side knee raises
-10 right side knee raises
Obstacle Course: my buddy set up the course to do several times but I only did it once....cuz i suck...
- ~25 yard fireman carry with 160lb guy, 50 chasing rabb.its(mountain climbers variety),15 yard walking lunges with 45 plate over my head, 5 step ups per leg with 160lb buddy on a 8 inch block....then 10 yard fireman carry to the finishline.....
-i would have done more of these but my buddies were leaving and i wanted to catch a burrito with them... all in all good conditioning workout..
