40 min lifting. our instrctor had us do stuff on top of machines. i only did 2 machines.

row machine: 100 3x8
Sitting OHP machine: 200 1x8+0
benxh: 95-3x25 reps
pull ups: bw(215)-15+0,7+1, 6+2 not my usual rom but ceiling was very low.
BOR: 95 1x20
bw horiz extensions: 15 reps

20 min cardio: partner sprints: I sprinted against my buddy, the guy i train with....won by a good margin but badly pulled my right hamstring...sigh..he said he let me win...he got out in front by several feet but I overtook him and beat him by almost 10 feet.....so dont know...
-spent rest of the time stretching and massaging my hammie...

DT:
-50 jumping jacks
-25 push ups

95 push ups for the day+100 more as punishment=195 total..

Learned front approach into wrist lock to the rear into handcuffing..

Our senior class had baton cert today...couple people had ambulance come ...as a whole they said it was ok...few guys said they took close to 10 punches to the face...said the adrenaline negated much of it tho....also said conditioning was the biggest factor...with 4 90 sec rounds....

-100 jumping jacks
-25 burpees
-50 ch.asing rab.bits(mountain climbers)
-40 hindu squats
-10 burpee+2 push up combo
-50 steam engines/standing twists
-50 flutter kicks
-30 crunches

-practiced hair pull/head sweep takedowns, leg sweep takedowns, and front approach wrist lock into handcuffing...

-80 push ups for the day..

What is your B-complex?

Costco - Kirkland Signature? B-50 Hi-Energy Complex 350 Tablets

I'm thinking about going for this. Do you just take one tablet Pre WO?

I got B-100 Complex from vitamins.com ..the one you mentioned sounds fine as well...costco prices are pretty reasonable...

PT cancelled

DT:
-130 jumping jacks(80,50)
-85 burpees(35, 25, 25)...i did the 35 in front of the class
-170 cha.sing rab.bits(mountain climbers)
....50 of them were with knees past elbows...apparently that's how we're supposed to do them all the time...but I suck at them..meh(70,50,50)
-150 hindu squats(75,25,50)
-25 push ups(95 for the day)
-35 sit ups(only managed crunches without having some1 hold my legs)
-25 v-ups(
-25 bicycle crunches
-10 Hit the deck+running in place with hands in the air in between
-forward rolls, break falls, bear crawls, forward jumps, hit the deck then sprint then backward peddle..

-was spent after all this stuff.....it's their way of getting us to think about what it will take 6 minutes of all out cardio...90 sec of 25 burpees, 25 chasing r.abbits, 90 sec of hitting heavy bag with baton all out, 90 sec of defending self from punches , 90 sec baton retention....for the class who just had it ...they said conditioning was even bigger factor than getting hit in the face with all the adrenaline...

-Learned new technique of subduing passive resistor with heel palm strike to the upper chest area near the shoulder and spinning person away and getting them with ahold of hand under their jaw and other arm under their elbow...cool technique...one guy missed today and got me on the jaw with the palm strike...funny stuff...

I always figured a B-50 complex would be sufficient. That's what I've been taking. Do you see better results at higher dosages?

No I dont but I often break the tablets in half so then i have twice as many tablets....i also noticed better effects if the b-tabs are taken spaced out through out the day at smaller dosages....this way the body has higher chance of absorbing the vitamins instead of excreting much of them...

-45 push ups(125 for the day)
-50 ch.asing rabbits(mountain climbers)
-50 flutter kicks
-25 hindu squats
-bear crawls, back break falls, forward rolls, bear crawls into froward rolls, crab walks, forward break falls, cartwheels, broad jumps....

-practiced various techniques.....a 130 lb classmate picked me to demonstrate leg sweeps on me today for the class as a refresher....everyone got a nice kick seeing my fatass hit the floor a few times....the guy did the technique well....which was cool.....

PT:
lifting: various machines...sitting shoulder press stack at 200 for 8 was the highlight

cardio: indian runs, partner chases...hammy still tweaked so i was limping...
