DT:

-100 jumping jacks
-100 mountain climbers
-25 burpees
-15 bodybuilders(burpee+2 push ups)
-30 hindu squats
-45 push ups(100 for the day)
-80 flutter kicks

-front rolls/rear break falls
-front rolls over 1 personx4 then back, then front rolls over 2 personsx3 then back, front rolls over 3 personsx2 then back....kinda cool....almost killed a couple people...haha

-practiced leg sweeps and hair/head takedowns. During the end I got leg swept and landed on the back. The guy next to me took down his person at a 45 degree angle so his guy fell straight down at me with his elbow which landed square on my shin....that sucked....sat out remainder of the class with an ice pack....going to be a pretty good bruise...but thankfully didnt break any bones...

Where do you get your melatonin, Devil? You seem to be the S&P chemist so I figured I'd ask you.

I just get melatonin from wherever...same stuff really..i either buy in sale at local drug store or online...whichever is more convenient or cheaper at the time..

i had that over stimulated cns feeling yet something of a adrenaline dump that stewy described post-fight...like i was tired but couldnt sleep....i normally take 12-15mg...so i just slightly bumped the dosage..

no sideeffects have been reported with dosages as high as 300+mg for extended periods...the only issue becomes cost...
