I heard that if you pass al the tests pretty good and then have high bloddalcohol in the breathalizer it indicates that you are a regular drinker and the cops use another protocoll then. Of course the punishment will be the same but they will contact someone from some social service and other stuff like that.
But I have no idea wether that is true.

i failed the sobriety tests except for the breath alyzer. i wasn't drunk or high though. pwnt. the cops were freaking dicks too.

All cops I have had alcohol tests with have been dicks. But I would probably be a dick too if I had to deals with bunches of morons at 2 o'clock in the morning.

Yet another reason why the question needs to be asked: why not give the breath test first?

You got to apply at my place because they put all the Jews on my platoon and they are known as the "Jew Crew". I'm serious.

We're all the guys none of the other bosses wanted which is cool because no one gets in trouble for stepping on their own dicks and dragging everyone else present down with them but it sucks because no one does anything but dodge calls so it's really boring.

Yeah, that's the thing. I've never been a police officer, but when I used to work security at a nightclub, it got realy old watching people get drunk and act like idiots all night long. I imagine that sentiment could have come through in my behavior.

-Mostly push ups today...about 140 total for the day
-Had two inspections today, including vehicle inspections for those who decided to park in the academy parking lot...glad I parked on the street. Today passed with no push ups or other punishments. I am loving the leather luster, that stuff makes my shoes shiny even weeks after last coat and scuff marks...plus all i do in the morning is wipe them with wet cloth before i am out the door..
-practiced twist grip control takedown and went over the wrist/figure 4 take downs....then practiced transitions into various wrist moves...
-PT/DT is cancelled for tomorrow....
