Hopefully will get to do some real lifting on Saturday. We may actually get a few people from the class to come along.

PT cancelled so 2 hours of DT:

-100 jumping jacks
-25 burpees
-50 mountain climbers
-2x50 hindu squats
-100 flutter kicks
-20 8 count bodybuilders(2 push ups per each burpee)
-20 steam engines(standing twists, elbow to knee)
-20 cherry pickers
-25 diamond push ups, 25 military push ups, 15 deep push ups(~200 for the day)
-plyos(forward rolls, be.ar cra.wls into forward rolls, forward break falls, suicides, forward crab walks,broad jumps,etc)

-practiced figure 4 takedowns into prone c.uffing
-a class few months ahead of us graduated today...

-1g of chocamine(or more)...overdid on it a bit since i havent taken it in a while

Military Press:
135-10 reps
185-7+0 reps

Push press:
225-0+1 reps
225-1+0 reps
-shoulders felt jacked up

Side Press: with barbell
95-3+0 reps per side

Squats:
135-5 reps
225-3 reps
315-3 reps
+belt:
405-2+0 reps...felt decent

-did some chin ups here and there...did some 1 arm chin up attempts...

Standing Alt Db Curls:
75s-5+0 reps
85s-4+0 reps
90s-3+0 reps
95s-2+0 reps
-last couple per set were far from strict...nevertheless the most I have ever done...

Bench:
135-5 reps
225-5 reps
315-4+0 reps

Conditioning:
-fireman carry/run across aerobics floor with 160lb friend then 40 chasing ra.bbits(mountain climbers)
-fireman carry/run across aerobics floor with 170lb friend then 40 chasing ra.bbits(mountain climbers)
-fireman carry/run across aerobics floor with 330lb friend then 40 chasing ra.bbits(mountain climbers)
-fireman carry/run across aerobics floor with 330lb friends then 40 chasing ra.bbits(mountain climbers)
-the 160 lb buddy started slipping on last set, i almost had him at my side by sets end...lol...was pretty good...

-~100 jumping jacks
-core exercises
-some stretching

8:45pm END

pretty good workout all in all...the other guy said he'll try to come saturdays with us more often...the 160lb classmate hit 325 deadlifts today...that's 100 lb in a month...he's jacked...
