-learned bar arm into figure 4 take downs today....cool shit...
PT:
-40 min cardio
-4-- 1/4 mile laps + fireman carry up 2 flights of stairs at the end of each lap with my 160 lb buddy....then 3-4 more laps without carries....we switched off on the carries since there were 4 flights total.....his back started to cramp up towards the end carrying me up...I am around 215...so definitely much harder for him...
-15 min of "weight lifting"
-parking lot lunges(walking, step up into lunges, hip rotations into lunges, rdls into lunges, lunges with lateral DB raises, lunges with ohp) all was done with 10s today and the distance was about 40 yards...a bit longer distance...
-50 curls with 10 plates, 50 overhead extensions with 10s
-100 jumping jacks...
-passed the written tests today...and have ar.rrest se.arch tomorrow....
