1-2 g once or twice daily...1/4-1/2 tspn once or twice a day in other words....I have taken almost a whole tspn at times when my injuries got bad...take cissus with 1g of vitamin C for best results.

I took 1/4 tspn then upped it to 1/2 tspn. After initial adaptation....you'll likely have easier time with it then caffeine....it's more mild and lasts longer....when i used to take 300-400 mg of caffeine the effects were more pronounced than that of even 1/2 tspn of chocamine.
