-Yea I need to. I was practicing the shit i failed on and people were squirming on pain. So i am on right track.
-Brought my stronger grippers to class(2,3,3,Rb300n)...noone got closer than about an 0.75-1"...A few more people got in on the joke about failing on grip. Was able to close my easy #3 for a few singles and RB for couple more with right hand.
.
-DT:
50 jumping jacks
25 burpees
50 ch.asing rabbits(mountain climbers
30 hindu squats
40 push ups
4x30 sec planks
-bunch of agility drills(forward rolls, rear.brea.k falls, bear crawls, crabwalks, etc)...I need to get better at this...
-Practiced the knee.ling cursory search on several people yesterday at the optional DT. I purposely tried searching people considerably shorter and females. Got oks from everyone. So hopefully I am good to go on the retest with one more practice on Monday. Tuesday I got full cu.stody arr.est s.earch then retest.
-Day off today in place of tomorrow. We got Sims1. Will practice today to get everything down perfect. Should be straight forward but still need to be confident. Command presence is a big thing for all of these.

Have you developed an "authority" voice yet? I used to date a cop (it was a chick, before you ask) and she said that was the first thing they taught her. But she also walked around with an M-16 and a very large German Sheppard, so she never had to yell to get someone's attention.
Good luck, man

Exactly right. It's called "command presence". That's one of the first things they tried to teach us. They also emphasize the tone, inflection, pitch, loudness, etc of the voice to get people to do what we say. I got a very loud voice so when I need to I can do it no problem.
-Slept for 13+ hours and still feel like I am coming down with something. Cant seem to shake this flu/cold(despite popping aspirin/tylenol this whole week) and now our other rto instructor is sick with it. He thanked us all for that....lol
-getting ready for tomorrow's sims...trying not to get too complacent eventhough they said it's fairly easy and not to overthink it. Our study group ran into the other class in their final weeks today going through officer survival week so we were kicked out of the location we planned to have it at.

I was going to bring up gastritis as well (inflammation of stomach lining) - should get it checked out by a doc. OTC Tagamet, digestive enzymes, and probiotics could also help you.
NSAIDs, in addition to the stomach and kidney concerns, also inhibit the inflammatory response to resistance training that is necessary for strength and hypertrophy gains. You've probably been making all of your gain in spite of, not because of, your NSAID use.

-been sick last week or so...flu or who knows what....
-barely squeeked by in my first simu.lation saturday...we had 3 main components and I failed the very first , a traffic stop and had to retest then initially failed the retest by 3 points but pursuaded my way to 9 more points....then other 2 i passed with 83,80...with 80 passing...terrible.....all the bullshit aside I just folded it seemed...at least mentally....i felt fairly relaxed....things that probably didnt help was getting 3-4 hours of sleep night before....i also got a couple really hard graders....i had a chance for retest and be a silent partner for another person and out of 3 the one i flunked was by far the hardest...i even lost points that were automatic for everyone...i still would have flunked but not quite so spectacularly...i also compared my ped approach with that of my partner and his scenario was much easier...my grader was the lawyer cop who teaches us...he had me by the nuts and only passed me because i answered last question correctly...cant bullshit a guy who knows the law and department order like the back of his hand...if i was half as knowldeable as him..i'd be the 2nd smartest cop in the department i'd think...
-RTO saw the look on my face and described it as if someone ran over my dog...
-however the bottom line i passed...
-stayed my ass home sunday...since I took tylenol/aspirin i didnt have a 'fever' but I'd guess if i hadnt i probably would ahve(since being the genius that i was i took my temp after i took the pills)...tho i still felt like i was freezing....big improvement over how i felt saturday.....it was a tweaked out feeling...i was tired from lack of sleep but i guess the adrenaline/stress/anxiety...made me borked sort of....even then i should ahve breezed through that shit...fucking pathetic...
-"PT" cancelled
DT today:
-100 jumping jacks
-25 burpees
-50 mountain climbers
-50 hindu squats
-50 flutter kicks
-225 push ups for the day...including 100 for dropping my baton midway through changing roles(cop with utility belt vs bad guy without)
-some agility plyo drills
-practiced prone searches..(while the person is handcuffed)..
-practiced kneeling seaching afterschool for an hour...tomorrow we got the retest for 11 people who didnt pass originally...do or die yet again....

-I have read those studies a while back...but I believe it's for taking the NSAIDS afterward to dull the soreness....i took the pills beforehand....:::shrug:::...i am not making a habit of this in any case...
-i started drinking....liquid yogurt with probiotics last couple weeks ...tho having some lactose intolerance...creates other complications...lol....at least for others...
- i been meaning to have this stuff looked at...my parents have been trying to ahve me go for years but I kept putting it off...
-on a side note one of my DT instructors is apparently into strength training....knew about MILO, COC...said he'll get to 500 squat by years end ...b/c i told him that's what my squat was....didnt try to go after my deadlift just yet...haha....

Can do what I do. Just incase there's something wrong with me, I make sure not to go to the doc so I don't know about it. Less to worry about when you're ignorant of your ailments!

I ordered some chocamine from bulk nutrition. Any suggestion as to dosage? I looked through your log when you were using it more often, but you have a higher tolerance to stimulants than I do.
Say, if you on average used 1/2 a tsp, I'd go for 1/4 tsp for starters. Suggestions?

I took 1/4 tspn then upped it to 1/2 tspn. After initial adaptation....you'll likely have easier time with it then caffeine....it's more mild and lasts longer....when i used to take 300-400 mg of caffeine the effects were more pronounced than that of even 1/2 tspn of chocamine.
