Newt I understand why you'd think so...but..
-I have had high stomach acidity/acid reflux ever since middle/high school...i also had some issues as a result of this...I did realize that if I eat calorie dense meals with a lot of fat then it's much less likely to act up...it's almost like it's hunger induced...
-I dont have migraines....I only bought that mix because it contained both aspirin and tylenol things that worked well for me when i have colds/flus...I was feeling shitty and took it as much for my cold/flu as anything else...but i had a very good workout...so i figured i may as well disclose it...i also was reading that thread about NSAIDS improving intensity of workouts...so now I am thinking of including this in my stack from time to time before PR workouts or other intense workouts....i seem to have a hard time articulating my thought process/reasons behind things...haha
-caffeine doesnt really bother me...i have a fairly good tolerance for it and it doesnt affect my sleep.
-i have finished 14 day treatment with prilosec but after few days , the acid reflux started to come back, so i decided to start another, as I have read it's not really dangerous...despite the warning on box not to do it more than once every 4 months...
I really do appreciate the concern. It does make me think twice about things that I do....
