Newt I understand why you'd think so...but..

-I have had high stomach acidity/acid reflux ever since middle/high school...i also had some issues as a result of this...I did realize that if I eat calorie dense meals with a lot of fat then it's much less likely to act up...it's almost like it's hunger induced...
-I dont have migraines....I only bought that mix because it contained both aspirin and tylenol things that worked well for me when i have colds/flus...I was feeling shitty and took it as much for my cold/flu as anything else...but i had a very good workout...so i figured i may as well disclose it...i also was reading that thread about NSAIDS improving intensity of workouts...so now I am thinking of including this in my stack from time to time before PR workouts or other intense workouts....i seem to have a hard time articulating my thought process/reasons behind things...haha
-caffeine doesnt really bother me...i have a fairly good tolerance for it and it doesnt affect my sleep.
-i have finished 14 day treatment with prilosec but after few days , the acid reflux started to come back, so i decided to start another, as I have read it's not really dangerous...despite the warning on box not to do it more than once every 4 months...

I really do appreciate the concern. It does make me think twice about things that I do....

Did you ever test for helicobacter pylori?
This bacteria might cause a light chronic gastrits. Stomach acidity/acid reflux are common symptoms for this.
The breathing test at the doc only takes about 45 mins and the results should be there within a week.

-we had flag ceremony today...i was doing city flag....in the morn initially attached it upside down....felt like a total jackass...esp the symbolism of it...my squad leader chewed me out....thankfully at the end of the day i took it down and folded it well...
-Had kne.eling cur.sory search....failed .....I am getting pissed at myself....

I got a fairly short guy and I took a wide stance to get my knee up under his butt...well my back foot started sliding backwards on the mat....being in socks ...sucks....apparently instructor mentioned a couple times in class that if there's a big diff in height then we could just tuck the knee up higher and just bow the person out more....so ofcourse I failed for 'lack of control'...found both weapons but still failed the 50% of the test...c'est la vie......

..this time 11./45 failed...1 less but still a very high number...I think the reason being that we do 5 different techniques then go back and get tested on something that we did a while back....granted we had a bit of refresher day before but still having more structure to learning to technique and then testing it would have been better imo...so now I have to retest monday with 2-3 reme.diations scheduled this week.....so now i got si.ms 1 saturday and then retest monday...great...

PT: 70 min of cardio and agility drills/sprints

-we ran 1.5 mile today to see our progress. I ran it in 10:24 min which gives me a 25 sec improvement. Not bad, especially still being sore from lunges.
-did ladder agility drills and sprints. I also practiced going over 6 foot wall.
-200+ push ups for the day...
-I did asian squats today after 1.5 mile run and after sprints...within 10-20 sec my heartbeat and breathing was restored to ~80% of normal....i love it...i used to lay on the ground out of it for minutes...

Hey man, fuck acid reflux. I get heart burn like 3-4 days a week and I'm only 19 fuckin' years old. Shit's annoying.

Give OTC Prilosec a try...that shit worked wonders for me. Go with the generic brand.
