basically you only did 405 x 1. when you use straps, it negates everything else.

forgot to mention I also did a set of 1 arm chin attempts...got like 1/4 of a repwith each hand then held my body in the middle position for 3-5 sec with each hand....

Fine. Had to do a psych also, physical, yada yada. The shrink who talked to me was a very cool lady. She told me that she thought I had very sound and effective ways of dealing with stress, and the potential problems and issues related to public service (law enforcement / fire fighting / ems).

90% of the stuff I did in my life that was questionable I did before 18.
The other 10% (after 18) wasn't that bad. They give you a little bit of leeway, but not a lot.
I was VERY upfront. I think that was what the various interviewers appreciated.

-for weight training: 30 min of parking lot lunges...25 yards maybe?...did every imaginable lunge....with 5 lb plates....(some used 10s, tho 5s were all that remained when i came to weight tree)....step up into long stride lunge, long stride kick lunge, long stride romanian deadlift lunge, lunge with a curl, lunge with a side raise, lunge with front raise, lunge with overhead press, side lunges, walking lunges, we did some of these more than once...probably 12-15 sets total with no rest...in between we did push ups 100 total, 50 total overhead extensions
-for cardio: jogged around track for 20 min...my gym buddy was messign around picked me up into a fireman's carry and carried me up 2-3 flights of stairs....he's the 160lb guy who i lift with...then he also did a 25-50 yard run with me....i then did the same thing...tho i'd imagine me carrying him and him carrying me are two very different things ...hahah...i liked this type of conditioning drill...our other classmate also carried my lifting buddy up the flights of stairs in the fireman's carry(onthe back like a squat)

DT: 50 jumping jacks, 25 burpees

-passed both learning dom.ain tests(written) with 100, 96%...everyone did well as a class...everyone passed...which was good
-passed my retest of high c.ursory s.earch today....was really nervous...simple test but i was stressing out because this is my career/job on the line....thankfully i passed and instructor(the one who's been the toughest on me) said it looked like i was practicing...which i have every day just about...hopefully i wont have to remediate anymore...not a pleasant experience at all...

i dont compute...

i took

2 pills of (250 mg aspirin, 250mg acemetophen, 65 mg aspirin....it's for migraines)...and 200mg caffeine pill....

there's a thread in the D/S about this isnt there....?....
