My conditioning will never be my strongpoint....I know my genetics, my build, etc...I will hardly outrun a natural runner who's 5'8 and 160 lb ...who used to run a mile in 4:31 in HS...(yes he's out best runner and he pwnz us all)....I may strive to be top 5 in 1.5 mile but that's going to be very challenging...
PT: 40 min upper body 3x8 machine crap, 20 min stairs jogging/walking....
DT: 60 jumping jacks, 60 mountain, climbers, 75 hindu squats...then we did side rolls, back falls, front falls, ...
-instructor jokingly in front of the class offered to erase our push up punishment in the future if I got in front of the class and performed the Bo.rat dance...i ofcourse didnt remember wtf it was so i decided not to do it...
-the same instructor offered to have me get in front of the class and do the head side to side dance....and then head to one side movement(night at the roxberry stuff)....while the class did the beat in the background to have us stop doing calisthenics and plyos......i sucked it up and did it......
-practiced handcuffing
-with 10 min left i got my acid-reflux crap...so i tried to run for a garbage can across the whole and in the process barfed a bit on the mat, guys shoes, and possibly wall(they said they cleaned up some of it when i was out of the room)...that's what happens when I dont have TUMS with me....i get like a hunger/stress induced acid-reflux ....meh....amusingly enough i barfed on the shoes of the guy who i went to gym last week...thought i missed his shoes but i guess some splashover happened...lol...sigh...
-My nickname is officially Bo.rat in DT class and whenever it's mentioned in any class everyone automatically looks at me...I HATE Sasha Baron Cohen...couldnt he have picked some other unknown soviet republic to make focus off in his movie...jk..
-fucking thrilled it's friday finally...
