I was wondering this also.

Besides, I don't know where you got your info from, but St. Wilhelm's has no problem with coffee. You belong to us now... remember?
haha. which religion to choose??? yeah im mormon we dont drink coffee because of the actual drink . yes partly due to its addictive additives but also due to the other ingrediants and what not. thats just a main one that is talked about. we are also supposed to eat things in moderation and things that are good for the body but yet there are still a bunch of fatties. people just mainly focus on the big stuff like no coffee, alcohol, tobacco and what not. just as i type this though im eaing a big slice of chocolate cake.....hypocrite...

I bought generic caffeine pills at a drug store. 200mg a pill.

Coffee is quite healthy for the body in moderation. There's a lot of new research coming out on its benefits. Ditto alcohol in moderation for non-athletes.

I am not a big coffee drinker though I love dark brewed tea. The way I make it the tea ends up with more caffeine than a cup of coffee ...lol

I respect your religious views so definitely do what you feel is best for you.

i admit that alcohol in moderation has shown through numerous studies that its good for you. we're counseled to not try it though because who really has one glass of wine a day? or something like that. no need to play with stuff that you can get addicted too and ruin your life or your family.

i've always been more of a hot chocolate drinker anyway! lol.
and im hugely opened minded so i hope no one thinks i judge them because they drink or smoke or whatever. not like most people would care though. i saw screw most people.

Red whine might be good for your heart but I heard whiskey makes your Hog bigger? Just an independent study by some college kids.

at first red wine was thought to almost exclusively be the only healthy alcohol due to its resveratrol content. However I believe I saw studies that showed benefits of any type of alcohol in moderation. I'll need to look for it.

I personally dont like alcohol. I drink it more for social interaction and its effects on dulling my anxiety. Sweet red wine is about the only thing that I mildly like. (yes yes it's quite pussy)....well that or vodka straight up. After a couple shots a decent vodka goes down like water.

Tequila by a longshot. I love tequila, it is the best drunk feeling I have ever had. However, It makes me a tad agressive so I don't drink at all.
