-1 mile run in 6:10...straight/slightly downhill(1-3 degrees), light wind in my back, ~50 degrees F`
-5 circuits of
*10 finger tip push ups on downhill grass(~5 degree slope)...chest to the ground on every rep
*5 Chins, touching bar to chest, explosively, all the way down and up
*10 bw deep squats

-40 sit ups, 20 sit ups....with legs bent at 90 degrees and ankles hooked around a bench...

-1 mile back 8:24....opposite direction with the conditions now working to my disadvantage....slightly uphill, wind into me...my ankles started to slightly cramp up....

----------

-got a good sized bruise from running time before on my right calf....weird...wonder if it's the fish oil...I am taking about 12g a day now....
-calves and everything else was stll pretty sore today...thankfully i bought tiger balm...so camphor and menthol to the rescue...

-started to drizzle today while i was doing circuits but I called work on the weather....the bitch could not back itself up....figured it was pouring 3/5 days this week....has to end some time...it's fucking SF not Seattle...

That quite a bit - how many pills/capsules is that? Bruise is probably from that, along with the aspirin you take. Do you take garlic as well? If so, that will exacerbate the bruising further.

I rarely take aspirin. I may take one 500mg enteric coated tablet a week.

I have started adding garlic cloves to my meals. I use 2-3 small slivers of garlic in my starch dishes. I usually have 1-2 such meals a day. Never knew garlic had anticoagulant properties...

hopefully the severe calf soreness will go away after a couple of weeks....

Nice workout man, like always. I have just recently added incline bench to my routine in hopes of upping my flat bench numbers, have you noticed much cross over from the two?

You're a trooper, I went to the gym last Friday and did a halfassed leg session before wimping out to the flu, then yesterday was my first day back since, and I limped through a pathetic deadlft session.
