cindies =5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats

my goal was 10....i got 7.....


They were getting hard but being out of shape I think hit me first so I was out of breath before I hit the point. I need to try them again when my forarm gets better

ahahaha...I'd die...15 miles is not happening even in my sleep...

that mile killed me yesterday on the way back...I need to get my shit together and start improving my mile and 2 mile times...

I am thinking of getting Dean Karnazes's book....wonder wtf goes through his head during his 70-80 mile weekly runs...not to mention his 300 mile run....

I did a similar circuit..Viking circuit..but with much more rest..

and dips instead of pushups..

It made me vomit..

The cindy circuit seems good, you do burpees without knowing it.

30???!! that's just bullshit...

although my saving grace is that I do full pull ups, push ups, and go considerably below parallel for squats...i'll try to hit 10-12 soon....

Yeah thats nuts,

I tired to set minimum standards for what is considered a rep but it's the honour system. I've seen far too many guys who "can do 100 pushups" do 50 and not one would be conidered close to a full ROM
