I was exhausted ...prolly wasnt best time to take vid of cleans...i also busted up my wrists during PP....i was forced to wrap my right wrist before my successful lift...

enright yes lets do it...I am not sure how long i can lift heavy.....I am hoping I'll be accepted into the academy soon and then my heavy lifting will cease in all likelihood.

135-3x3...*vomits at the form*
-i dont rotate my elbows up...fucking have them down as tho i am about to push press...so worked on that...i dont explode...

Incline Bench:
135-5 reps
225-3x10 reps...last set was max just about...left pec started bitching...meh

Lateral Db Raises:
20s-3x5 reps...one arm at a time

-cuban rotations with 10s
-external rotations with 20s

Alt Db Curls:
70s-5+0 reps

-7 L-Raise Chins
-5 L-Raise Pull ups

Having trouble getting your elbows up?
why aren't you exploding? just tired, or form issues?

I'm at 475 - how about 525?

My weight is 216 (and hopefully going down).

Edit: my wilks is 291.51354 (when I did it in pounds)

Grip:

Blockweights:
50 hex: 2- singles each hand of 2 hand lift then 1 sec hold with just 1 hand...
30# blob: 10 sec hold by face right, 5 sec hold by face left(left pinkie still is injured so very painful to hold with it)
#30 blob: thumb+pinkie/ring by the face each hand for 3-4 sec...
#30 blob: thumb+middle by the face 5 sec each hand
30# blob: tosses from hand to hand...around 6-9 reps for 3 sets...

Levering: using IM device with fat handle
Front:
22.5-25 reps right and left...semi strict
15-2x20 reps left and right..strict

Rear:
22.5-20 reps right and left...left was much harder with more cheating
15-20 reps...
15-30+0 right, 15+3 left...left pinkie started hurting badly...

-got my 2" roll of scuba material rated to 4000lb...so i will make some simple makeshift belt to attach extra weight...
