Grip:
Blockweights:
50 hex: 2- singles each hand of 2 hand lift then 1 sec hold with just 1 hand...
30# blob: 10 sec hold by face right, 5 sec hold by face left(left pinkie still is injured so very painful to hold with it)
#30 blob: thumb+pinkie/ring by the face each hand for 3-4 sec...
#30 blob: thumb+middle by the face 5 sec each hand
30# blob: tosses from hand to hand...around 6-9 reps for 3 sets...
Levering: using IM device with fat handle
Front:
22.5-25 reps right and left...semi strict
15-2x20 reps left and right..strict
Rear:
22.5-20 reps right and left...left was much harder with more cheating
15-20 reps...
15-30+0 right, 15+3 left...left pinkie started hurting badly...
-got my 2" roll of scuba material rated to 4000lb...so i will make some simple makeshift belt to attach extra weight...
