I am a typical hardgainer crybaby. I try hard to gain weight, but I can't seem to force myself to eat very well, i.e. it's much harder for me to motivate myself to eat than it is to motivate myself to train. If I have a couple of good weeks, foodwise, I start gaining, but if I'm stressed out by work I eat less and it all goes away again pretty fast. I've been training properly for 2 1/2 years or something like that now. I was pretty weak when I started, but I could always jump pretty high/run quite fast, so I gained strength pretty quickly.

I have been squatting inconsistantly for several years. For a long time I was high squatting for high reps....on deadlifts I was doing stupid shit but at least I was doing singles...

I dont want to be any heavier...I am naturally a smaller built guy so I dont want to go too heavy. Plus I am trying to get on SFPD and they got some fairly strict height/weight guidelines...plus I gotta pass their 1.5 mile physical run...little stuff like that lol...

before I forget:

Hex50:
2 sec right, 2 sec left(help with other hand lifting then let go and hold)
3-4 sec right, 0 left(help with other hand lifting then let go and hold)

not the brightest of things to do for left considering I sprained my thumb doing a hand/thumb stretch....bleh...

I seriously want to water-board the guy who invented BMI..lol

I plan to gain weight up to about 95 kg over the next 3-4 years. Of course given the pouch allows me to eat sufficeint amounts of food. The heaviest I was in the past was 90 kg. But this was before I got to know sherdog which means that I didnt train legs. So in the lowerbody I had a couple of more kg in me. My natural weight is arround 80-85 kg so I think that 10-15 kg over the course of some years might be ok to add with weighttraining without forcing the body into an "unnatural" state (my goals are not just strength but also good conditioning - and the more muscles you have the more muscles want oxygen).
I am really looking forward to see what one year of consistent, smart weighttraining can do for me.

Nice squatting....Leo...

Just like a big lion, rawr...

Any suggestions on how to loosen up my #3. The BBSM is around a 2.7 and the BBE is like a 3.3 right?

WD40 on the spring....also it will naturally loosen up after 100-200 closes...

yes my BBSM is right about 2.7 and BBE at 3.3 although they do vary. I heard some people have BBSM at 2.4-2.5 and BBE that range from 3.1 to 3.5

I wd40'ed it and did a bunch of chest closes and stuff and it is still ridiculous. I can shut my 2.5 from parallel and I can barely get my 3 TO parallel. Me=pussyhands
