o Trap Bar Shrugs 225x13, 225x12, 225x11
2B)
o Thickbar curls 65x14, 60x16, 60x12

Notes: again, still working out weights...

June 6, 2008:

50/20 session:
-DB snatch/turkish get-ups with 45lbs dumbbell. Did 50 in 19 minutes.
-I am staying at 45lbs since my form was a lil sloppy and next week I will try to hit 50 in 20 with the best form possible.

P.s. I hate you urban... this about killed me

Ok, here I've been treating clap pushups the same way I treat the heavy lift. Since you managed 5 one clap pushups on the first workset, make them more difficult on the second (elevate your feet or add weight via backpack). If you manage 5 again, repeat on the third set. Does that make sense? That's what I'VE been doing, that's not to say that's what works for everyone.

Looks great otherwise. Keep it up and let me know how it goes. I'm in a smolov right now, so my normal weirdness is on hold.

Workout 4 – Lower body Complex training
o Barbell Overhead Squats Barx10, Barx14, Barx15
1A)
o Back Squats 185x5, 195x5, 205x4
1B)
o Cleans 135x5, 145x4, 145x5
2A)
o Step ups BW+30x15, BW+40x11, BW+40x10
2B)
o Pull Through 110x10, 130x10, 150x10

Notes: first time ever doing OHS and I suck horribly... also, I need to do like 2 warm-up sets before the back squats because I felt warmed up enough after the OHS but I wasn't. P.S. Squats supersetted with cleans is crazy and made my cleans feel weak and slow since I was so exhausted.

Was supposed to do complex upper body today... but ended up having to babysit my nephew with the wife so I will be making it up tomorrow morning...
