So today and tomorrow I will not get to train/lift because my wife and I have been busy searching for a puppy to buy and we were out till my gym closed today looking at them and we finally got one! I have to pick it up tomorrow night during MMA so I will not get to train then. It is all worth it though, but since I missed my pull day, I will throw BOR's in place of dips on wednesday.

This week I am maxing out because my brother and I are starting Urban's routine and so far I have maxed my DL and SOHP... all that is left is squat and bench. So far this is what I have:

Deadlift = 355lbs (+35lbs pr)
SOHP = 155lbs

maxing squat tomorrow... new bench max is 260lbs (+15 pr)

Well finished my maxing and here is the result:
Squat 285 (+35 pr)
Bench 260 (+15 pr)
Deadlift 355 (+35 pr)
SOHP 155
Big 3 total 900
Big 3 Wilks 283.3

So I upped my wilks like 20 points and upped my total from 815 to 900lbs... which means I have completed one of my goals!!! so I am pretty excited.

been busy lately so haven't updated much... but been on a 2 week lifting break for recovery....start lifting next week... still been doing MMA tho...
