Well finished my maxing and here is the result:
Squat 285 (+35 pr)
Bench 260 (+15 pr)
Deadlift 355 (+35 pr)
SOHP 155
Big 3 total 900
Big 3 Wilks 283.3
So I upped my wilks like 20 points and upped my total from 815 to 900lbs... which means I have completed one of my goals!!! so I am pretty excited.
