EXTREMELY pissed and frustrated that I can't get a good hang/power clean form down any time I do them so I went and did about 10 power cleans at 135lbs out of frustration... of course this tired me out for the squat...

Notes: I just got home from this session and I am so tired of living in little marion, OH where there are no coaches or ways to learn oly lifts properly...it pisses me off so I give up on them for now, I will just end up hurting myself if I keep trying to self-teach...

Notes: Left knee and left hamstring irritated me a bit today. Also, BOR's were very weak when doing that after deads AND chins because at that point my bi's were fried and could barely pull the weight up.
So I have to have a temporary routine change. I do MMA but I started in TKD and still continue advancing in it and it has been 3 years since my 1st degree BB in TKD so now I am up for my 2nd degree on thursday april 17. So I have to go through a 2 hour test ending in a 2-brick break so I will be skipping next wed. push day and instead putting bench on next fri, with my squats. Also, monday I will be taking DL lightly due to my test. So next week looks like:
Monday- Light Pull Day
Tuesday- MMA
Wed-Rest
Thurs-Test
Fri-Squat/Bench Day
Sat-Bag work
Sun-Rest
